Very disappointing !. We have been coordinating with Sidhik to print out ribbons for our internal competition since last week and sent us an invoice requesting us to settle an advance payment to proceed with the printing which is totally fine with us. To our surprise, he was already saying that it can only be done after 7 days from today which is past our event date and the invoice he sent clearly says that our orders will be done in 4-5days after payment has been made. This could have been handled professionally instead of keeping it pending for a week.
Worst experience from a supplier.We requested to print ribbons since last week for our internal competition, the guy named Sidhik confirmed that and send an invoice which is totally fine.The invoice requested for an advance payment before they proceed for printing. Which is also fine and today Tuesday to be exact we’re about to make the payment. He’s now saying that it can be done on Monday which is 7 days from today.The invoice stated it can be done 4-5days once the payment is made.They keep us pending for a week and end up nothing.I’m not writing this against the company but directly to Sidhik as he handled it unprofessionally. We are very disappointed how he deal with the process. It’s unacceptable.He don’t have any idea how will this affect our incoming competition and me to my company.No words can explain my disappointment.
Great company. I ordered and paid from the UK, the company then delivered to me at my hotel. The print quality was very good. I highly recommend them.
